Our printing capabilities include, but are not limited to:
Digital | Conventional Printing | Waterless Printing | Large Format | Specialty | Mailing & Distribution

DIGITAL:
Digital Printing has come a long way in the last few years. Quality and speed have drastically improved.
Set-up is inexpensive and quick. The process is well-suited for quantity, tight timeline, short run projects.

--> Advantages
- Cost Effective at lower quantities
- Quick turnaround
- Variable Data capabilities

CONVENTIONAL PRINTING:
Conventional (offset) printing involves the transfer of an inked image first to a rubber blanket, then to the
printing surface. This process requires the combination of an alcohol base water mixture and ink.
Set-up is more costly and time consuming. Offset is ideal for color critical, large quantity runs.

--> Advantages
- Consistent image quality
- Usability on a wide range of printing surfaces

WATERLESS PRINTING:
This process is based on the same equipment as conventional printing equipment with the exception of the
elimination of the dampening system. By removing water/alcohol mixture from the printing process, more ink
may be transferred onto the substrate. Greater control of color throughout the print run and a line screen of 300 lines
per inch and greater may be achieved. This will create a much sharper and more vibrant reproduction of original art.

--> Advantages
- Elimination of dampening solution and the resultant reduction in VOC emissions by 50% or more
- Decrease in make-ready time; up to 40% (balancing of ink and water on the press is eliminated)
- Excellent print quality due to very low dot gain and high ink densities; print resolutions may be up to 600 lpi
- Consistent color (there is no ink and water balance to maintain)
- Reduction in make-ready paper waste
- Better registration (paper stretch due to water is eliminated)
